I was very disappointed with my recent laptop purchase from a big box store. After being promised that my laptop was the "best on the market," I soon discovered the complete opposite… start-up and shut down were slow, it was unable to recognize external displays, the graphics were jumpy and I couldn’t run the specialized programs I needed for school.
